1. Handmade Items
All products are handmade and/or made to order. Slight variations in colour, pattern, shape or finish may occur and are considered part of the nature and charm of handmade work.

2. No Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Production begins quickly and each item is made especially for you.

3. Personalisation & Custom Colours
Where personalised options (such as colour choice) are offered, the customer is responsible for selecting the correct details at checkout. 

4. Product Use
Many of our resources are designed for sensory play and learning.
These items should always be used under adult supervision.
Not suitable for children aged 3 and under.

5. Safety Standards
Our resources are UKCA tested to meet relevant safety requirements.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

9.Seconds Sale

Seconds Sale items are sold at a reduced price due to minor imperfections or cosmetic flaws. These imperfections vary from piece to piece and may include colour inconsistencies, marks, slight warping or other visual defects. Each item will be clearly described in the product listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

By purchasing from the Seconds Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Items are sold as seen and their imperfections are fully disclosed.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for Seconds Sale items.

  • No cancellations can be made once the order has been placed.
